Do I have to buy anything?
No. No purchase is necessary, and buying something does not change your chances. The official rules and odds are in the app, under More.
Who can use Ripe Rewards?
Adults 21 and older who are in New York State. The app asks both questions when it first opens.
Where are my prizes?
In the app’s Wallet tab. Show a prize at the Ripe Cannabis counter before it expires; staff check it and apply it. Prizes stay with the account that won them and cannot be moved to another account.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: More, then Account, then Delete account. Without the app, delete it here.
What is Staff sign-in?
The sign-in for Ripe Cannabis employees, who redeem prizes at the counter. It needs a login from the store’s manager.
