Delete your Ripe Rewards account

Ripe Rewards is made by NSEW Trading Company LLC. Your account is your email address; you can delete it in the app or on this page.

What happens

  • You are signed out on every device at once, and prizes in your wallet can no longer be used.
  • Your email address, your devices and their notification settings are erased 30 days later. Until then, signing in to the app restores the account.
  • Your spin and prize history is kept without your email address for five years, because New York’s cannabis rules require licensees to keep promotion records. The privacy policy has the details.

In the app

Open Ripe Rewards, then More, then Account, then Delete account.

Delete it here

We email a 6-digit code to that address to confirm the account is yours.

No longer have that address?

Email ripecannabis@gmail.com with the address, and we will delete the account for you.
